Ingredients
- 200 g cod fillet
- 200 g wheat noodles (spaghetti)
- ½ bunch spring onion
- 1 onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 cm ginger root
- 2 tablespoons TaoTao Sambal Oelek sauce
- 1 tablespoons coconut oil
Preparing

Step 1.
Dice the cod fillet, put it in a bowl. Cover with the Sambal Oelek sauce.

Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package.

Heat the coconut oil on a frying pan. Grate the ginger root, press the garlic, dice the onion. Fry for a short time, add the fish and fry until it gets golden brown.

Add the noodles, soy sauce to taste, and a bit of water used to cook the noodles. Fry until the flavors combine.

Sprinkle generously with sliced spring onion.
